We understood that it might have been just bad luck that the part burnt out while the tech was changing options when servicing the unit, but when we called to find out why we had just been billed $470 for what should have been a routine visit, we were informed that we were being charged for mileage to and from our home, which was only 20 minutes away. They didn't inform us about this mileage charge before coming out. Also, when the tech returned to replace the damaged board, he claimed to have spent more time there, when my husband only saw him on site at our house for 20 minutes. The company did give us $100 off the bill so we ended up paying $370 for what should have been a routine visit. Needless to say, we're not using them again.

The Sorg personnel were courteous, hard-working, and professional. They left the workspaces remarkably clean. The addition is much more comfortable now, and we anticipate substantial savings on our energy bills. Overall, we were very satisfied with Sorg's work.
