I received a number of quotes to finish one side of our basement.  Their quote was detailed and all inclusive.  Payments were broken out as the work was finished.  Their quote was midrange in price and no other companies gave me the detail of the work that would be performed.  I liked their professionalism and what they explained made sense.  I had the design in mind and they followed my lead as to what I wanted.  I am very fussy and a bit OCD so it is not always easy for me to find contractors who are as particular about things as I am but they were!  The work started on time and finished on time with no major set backs.  Any changes or adjustments to the original design or plan was discussed in advance.  They cleaned up nightly, took pride in their work and respected our property. The entire job only took a few weeks and we felt comfortable enough to give them a key to our basement to come and go as they pleased.  There were no unexpected expenses or surprises or additional charges.  They were flexible when designs changed.  The basement looks fantastic and I couldn't be any happier.  They are the best and I only wish I had found them earlier and I will call them for any additional work I need done.  I highly recommend them and I would be happy to show off their work.
