Clyde Reynolds is a straight shooter and his guys do great work. They've done additional work for me already.

     I contacted several appliance repair businesses but had difficulty finding one who could come within the time frame I had or they told me that they could not work on that type of washer.  Apparently the high efficiency washers are a lot more complicated than the regular ones so there are limited numbers of companies who have the training to repair them, therefore they can charge more for service calls and they do.

        The technician was able to determine what the problem was. He had the replacement part in his van and quickly repaired the washer. He made suggestions about taking proper care of the washer (and dryer) and chatted with me about the state of the world of appliance manufacturing and repair then I paid him and he was on his way.

Had gutter replaced and all went well. I will not provide the cost, but suggest anyone wanting this service to get several estimate and then compare..

Clyde Reynolds got a degree in aeronautical engineering and worked for one of the big aerospace companies until they took him out of the field and stuck him in an office.  He came home and joined his father's painting and construction business.  Clyde is a perfectionist.  He does thing right.  His charges aren't cheap, but reasonable.  The main thing is:  they do high quality work.

Estimate was completed within a couple of days after I contacted Reynolds. Estimate was done when promised. Work was done when promised. It only took about 4 hours for 3 workers to remove the old gutters and complete the job. Workmanship was excellent. I only had one small leak at one corner joint. They came back and sealed the joint the next day after I reported it to Clyde Reynolds, the owner. I am very pleased with the work and recommend Reynolds to others. I think the price was reasonable for what they did.

The work went very well. The work was done for the bid price, no add-ons or surprises. The work was very quick but well done, and clean up was excellent.

They came while I was at work. They cleaned up so well, I didn't even notice it they had been there for three days.

I have been very pleased with their work and their service. There was a drought, and it took months and months for it to rain again to see if the gutter was going to be the right size. They were going to get back in touch with me about possibly putting in a gutter of a larger size. I probably need to call them. They did give me a quote, but I don’t remember now exactly what it was. I am not sure how much they are going to charge for the work they have done and if they are going to do additional work. They have never billed me because they have decided they should have probably put in a larger gutter. We actually haven’t finished our dealing. As far as their service is concerned, it has been excellent. They have spent plenty of time answering my questions and discussing other projects that I am interested in. I would recommend them to others.

They cleaned up right after they were done and hauled off the old gutters. They were very efficient and there was no messing around; they just came on the site, did the job, and then left. I think they were just fine. I didn't compare prices because I thought their price was fair so I went with them.

Showed up on agreed upon date. Performed services described above. Had a couple of minor issues that were adressed promptly and repaired to my satisfaction.

In February I asked for a quote on new windows for my rental property, upon receiving this quote I asked about a siding quote as well. After giving them the job the windows where replaced over an 8 hour time period spanning two days in mid March(around the 17th). Some of the window sills were way out of square but were fixed with trim and insulation. There were some delays in getting the siding so that this wasn't completed until April 15th. The siding looks great on the place, the outside looks brand new. In the handyman triangle of cheap, good, and fast this was definitely a cheap and good job(you can never have all three!). I would recommend and use again, I would just make sure they had their orders in line before hand so there isn't a month long gap between windows and siding.

Clyde was extremely easy to get in touch with and very good at getting back to me. He visited the site and gave me an estimate. He didn't notice that a small area of siding needed to be finished, so he only charged me materials for that small part of the job. Weather and gas prices (with him being based in Frankfort) delayed the project, but Clyde was very upfront about this and I assured him that we were in no special hurry. I reviewed the job once complete and Clyde emailed me an invoice that was right on target with his estimate. I was, overall, very pleased with the experience. While I may consider using someone closer if I had a pressing job that needed to be done, I would certainly use Reynold's again if the time line was not urgent.

Great experience in every respect. Workers were pleasant and hardworking. Everything was done in time estimated. Clyde was on site making sure everything was up to his standards and he was great to work with. Crew cleaned up and hauled away the mess when they were finished.
