I don?t have a contract with them at this time. I was very happy with them! 
They were good, they did everything. They were right there when they said they would be. I felt like they were good with their communication about exactly what was going to be done.
The young guy that came, took apart the system for me and he explained everything, and he told me what he thought the most cost effective maintenance and fix would be.

Mr. Phillips came to the house and found that the compressor had a leak in it. He recharged the unit and also suggested that we clear some of the plants away from the unit for better air circulation and even helped me with clearing out the vegetation. He is a very pleasant gentleman and we have exclusively used his company for our heating and air conditioning needs for 35 years.

Excellent. Very trustworthy in manner they conducted business.

It was excellent. They are always very thorough and very polite and clean and they never leave a mess. They replaced the inside unit and they didn't make any kind of mess in my house and they cleaned up after their selves and you can't always count on that. I have always been satisfied.

I got three quotes. Phillips and Sons was the middle value. They did not appear on Angie's List. but they had a good rating on the BBB web site. They provided the quote promptly and clearly noted the potential variable cost areas of the project. Overall they did an excellent job. They were timely, courteous, and easy to work with. They did quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and took care not to damage the premises or its contents as they worked. I'll certainly use them again if I have any HVAC work to be done.
