It went fine. They were professional and they will give you an idea on what needs to be done. They will discuss it to you before the work is done. They will send you an estimate of how much that work might be. The owner is in charge on what's done and what's not. I think the price is pretty reasonable.

This dealership is great! I'd been researching new cars for a few weeks so I knew what I wanted. I finally decided to go ahead and get one so I inquired on-line concerning the type of vehicle I wanted and within a day I got replies from 3 dealers. Olga at Jeff Wyler gave me an excellent price for the car I was interested in right away, no haggling back and forth or typical dealership games. Another dealer gave me a figure that was higher and one didn't give me any price at all but wanted to know what price I had already been quoted.
Over a couple of days I e-mailed with Olga a few times to pin down some details and she was very quick to reply.
I called Olga about 6pm and said we were going to come on out and she asked me again about the colors and options I was interested in so she could have a car pulled up and ready to show.
After a test drive and some additional conversation we bought the car. Same price as quoted, no getting jerked around at all. The finance guy was also very nice. He presented us with some after-market options for an extended warranty and the like and did not pressure us in any way.
I now have the new vehicle and I'm quite pleased.

I've been going to Jeff Wyler for service since I purchased my auto from this dealer last year. I am pleased with the service and the atmosphere- very professional and friendly. They are willing to advise me on service options, but I've never felt pressured to purchase unnecessary services.

Done well within recommended time period. The service manager took the time to go over several things that needed to be done and gave me a priority of them and prices associated with each and recommended certain combinations that could save me money when the work is done.

Went as scheduled, in under the time specified, at the expected cost.

Great job on oil change. Would not work on windshield since it was changed out by another provider, but they did go ahead and add a clip under the hood at their own charge.

They replaced the motor and the door works correctly now. I have used this dealership for the past seven years and am always very satisfied with their work. All of the service people are knowledgeable. After a few times of using them, I feel like friend. I believe in their honesty and have never had an issued with any repair done on my car. The waiting area is quite clean with TV's and internet access. Wen the wait would be long, they've offered me a car as a loaner. I also purchased my current car from them and had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and repairs. I certainly will be buying my next car there.
