Charlie was extremely helpful, and fit my large job into his busy schedule in time for my new carpet to be installed, and furniture moved in. He was upfront with his price, and it only changed because of requests I made; not because he overlooked something. He accounted for the fact that there was no furniture or floor covering to worry about getting paint on in his pricing. Something other people did not do in their bids. He always showed up or called me when he said he would. His wife was also very helpful in the whole process, including painting and answering my questions. They were thorough, and came back for touch ups that I requested. Nobody except their crew was present for a majority of the work, but never worried about the job not being completed or done the right way because we went through everything when he came for his estimate, or on the phone as needed.
I needed someone to repaint every surface in the home (1,900 SF), so it was a big job. Their bid was the most reasonable, and by far the most professional. It appears to be a family affair. I met them all (including the dog), and they were extremely nice people. I never regretted my decision to hire them, and the house looks brand new. I would highly recommend Capital City Painting for any job, and I will use them in the future.

Angie arrived on time and was set up to work quickly.  She understood the nature of the job; used the proper tools and equipment; did a professional job; finished as quickly as the job would allow; and left the work site clean - even carried her own gear in and out of the house, though we offered to assist.
This vendor did everything they said they would do at the price they advertised.  I will probably use them again and will definitely recommend them to others.

Charlie, Angie, and Justin were always on time, they worked hard all day, and their work was excellent. I would hire them again, and will recommend them to others.

They arrived on time and ready to get to work. They had previously come to get the paint chips and brought the paint and all supplies with them. They were professional, polite, and hard working. They moved furniture, cleaned up every day and finished all the work in about 6 days. I gladly recommend their work and will hire them again when I need more painting done.

Experience was excellent.  Not only was their workmanship first rate, but they were a pleasure to have in the house.  Very positive and polite.  I'll definitely hire them again.

I contacted Capital City Painters initially to stain the outside of my house, which had faded in places, leaving an uneven color.  Charlie immediately made an appointment and showed up punctually to give me an estimate.  He was very helpful, and after our discussions, I also asked him to stain the decks.  He gave me a comprehensive estimate, and he told me exactly when he would be able to complete the job.  He completed the job on time, even after I added in additional painting on the garage doors and outside steps.  We had difficulty finding the exact color that I wanted; Charlie was patient through this process, mixing up several different shades.  The house and deck look better than they have since I purchased the house five years ago; the color is now even on both the siding and the decks.  All surfaces were either rolled or painted with a brush, which was much better than our previous jobs of spraying on the stain.  (I wish that someone had told me that several years ago.)  The final job actually came in under the initial estimate, which was another bonus.  In terms of clean up, I had a couple of spots of stain on my windows, which Charlie cleaned before the job was finished.  I was very pleased with the overall process in terms of punctuality, cost, professionalism, and work quality.

The first time I observed Capital City Painting was when they were working at my next door neighbors house.  I approached a representative of Capital City Painting and asked if they could come over to my house when they were finished next door.  Shortly thereafter a representative came in my house and we discussed the painting I wanted to have done.  The next day I received a written estimate including detailed information on the scope of the services to be performed.  Upon my approval of the estimate the painting was scheduled at my convenience.
