This is the second time in a row that they have broken a hub cap and a chrome lug nut while rotating the tires. This time we didn't feel that they were completely truthful about it either. One of the service reps. was less than helpful and less than polite. It will be an emergency before we ever go there again. The service reps and owner claimed the plastic caps were brittle because they were old and that was why they broke. We've had this work done dozens of times over the 14 years we have had this vehicle and no one ever had a problem with this except them. They ordered a new one last time and they say they are ordering one this time also. They didn't offer to replace the chrome lug nuts though. We would never recommend them to anyone.

I took my 2005 Dodge Durango in for servicing and they were very
courteous and polite. They explained everything to me very well. They
took me back to work while repairs were made and picked me up when
service was done. I'll definitely be back.
