.J.B. performed a very thorough inspection of the property we are purchasing and found several items that will need fixing before we close; these include items that we consider safety related. He showed us pictures and explained what was wrong and what needed fixing. Even minor items that we would not expect the seller to fix were pointed out so we would be aware of them. He furnished a complete printed report and a copy of all the pictures. He is a very pleasant man and a pleasure to deal with.

JB arrived on time and started to work right away. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. He was able to explain to me the problems he found in such a way that I was able to really understand the condition of the home and any repairs that may need to be done. He was patient, honest and knowledgeable. His report was easy to read and understand and I had it that same day. I was able to easily share it with my mother and Realtor since it was sent via email. If I don't purchase this home, I will hire JB again to inspect any other homes I make an offer on.
