Terrible. He did not complete the appraisal within the time frame indicated when he accepted the job. He made a lot of mistakes, including a huge error in the square footage. When I asked him to correct it, he did so begrudgingly on some of the minor elements (like correcting the number of bedrooms and that the house did not have a walkout) and refused to adjust the square footage. When I complained to the company owner, he made an adjustment to the square footage, but only so that it met the threshold for the discrepancy that would prevent me from filing a grievance with the state board. He even added a wall into the sketch to create an extra 50 feet so that he could do this. Anyone having the bad luck of drawing this company should read the appraisal with great care, and if you have the choice of which company to use, pick someone else!
