About us

KMD Construction is a full service residential construction business. We have been in the residential construction business in the Cincinnati area for over 20 years and have a lengthy list of referalls available upon request. We have completed projects from full house builds to remodeling and additions of existing spaces. All employees are fully insured (verifiable by request by insurance statement). Plumbing, electric, and Hvac work are performed by longstanding Cincinnati companies who are liscensed in the states of Kentucky and Ohio. We believe that through our onsite management we bring a controlled calm to your construction process and bring our projects in on time and on budget.

Kent and his crew run a tight ship. The jobsite is always clean and picked up at the then of the day.  He works efficiently and keeps the owner and architect informed of every detail.  When there are questions to ask or decisions to be made he is not afraid to ask them. He often has suggestions for solutions to the unforseen things that can sometimes pop up during construction.  His pricing is accurate and fair, he keeps to the project timeline, and will follow up with any minor adjustments long after a project is finished.
As an architect, I have recommended Kent Dugan and KMD Construction for many projects and will continue to do so in the future.

They are great, the best! They came 2 year ago. They did a great job, it was like a brand new condo. He said he would be there at 8 and he was there at 8. Took his lunch came back, left at 5 and the place was clean and neat. I could move around. They were spectacular. They were more punctual than i was and they are very professional.

They are going to install windows, undertake some demolition work and are also going to coordinate some other work. They had done major renovation about 3 years ago for us. They are very prompt and courteous. The contractor pays good attention to the blinds. He also works things out with the architects and the owners. He keeps the job site impeccably clean. He does everything on time and is very respectful. We are going to use his services for our current project.
