 + -1 moreVery pleasant and reasonable with his pricing. He took care of a long list of things around the house. He only charged me about $250 despite the fact that he was here for close to 8 hours. This is a little less than his typical hourly rate but he charged me less than his usual hourly because he felt he took his took his time getting everything done. His schedule is very busy but he is well worth the wait.
Description of Work: He did some caulking in the kitchen and fixed two handrails leading to the basement. There was a 45 year old rotary that he fixed. He reattached the fireplace screens. One of my kitchen drawers needed hew hardware which he replaced. The tub in the laundry room was stabilized. He checked every vent in the house and got them realigned.
