Kitchens: Clean counter tops, and decor; remove cobwebs; vacuum and mop; vacuum cloth furniture; clean glass surfaces; make up/straighten linens; empty wastebaskets. Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize bathtubs, and sinks; Also, and spot clean cabinets., baseboards, blinds, doors, furniture, light fixtures, microwave - inside and out, shelves, showers, sills, sink, stove, toilets, we clean mirrors

Should theft ever be suspected, we strongly encourage the filing of a police report, and are fully cooperative in the process. After the initial interview with the Owner, our applicants must pass a nationwide background investigation before they are employed. Once they are bonded and insured, our employees then must excel during our training program under the supervision of our most veteran route managers. All of our applicants go through a face to face interview with the owner where they are scrutinized on their professionalism, their cleaning quality, and their character. After being selected for employment, we then run a nationwide background check and place them in the hands on training phase. During this training the employee is evaluated by our veteran route managers, where the emphasis is on her quality, her attention to detail, and her conduct. Furthermore all of our employees are insured and bonded. If theft is ever suspected we cooperate completely with law enforcement to resolve the issue. While all of our employees are outstanding, we also recognize that our customers are most comfortable with a familiar face and we try diligently to make this happen. As I’m sure you can appreciate sometimes employees get sick, and that can sometimes present a challenge, but I am happy we were able to keep the same team with you so consistently. Also, we offer a 100% guarantee on all of our cleanings; if the clean is ever not perfect, all you need to do is let us know. We will send the team back that same day or the next day to correct any issues. We find this helps us continue to customize the notes on your home so every cleaning can be to our high standard. We do offer a day-before courtesy call as well as a “call-on-the-way” reminder to help give you the best possible idea of when your team will be there. I am sorry we were outside of the predicted arrival window. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and will not leave a house until it is just right! In the future I would recommend a complimentary in-home estimate if you are considering recurring service. We find this is the best way to get to know your home and your cleaning needs, in order to give you the most comprehensive quote for our service. For our customers who require service quickly, every now and then, or for special situations, we go by the hourly rate. This allows us to meet your needs as effectively as possible, without requiring the additional visit of our estimator. When going by the hourly rate we offer a “ball-park” estimate of the work it would take to bring your home to the Molly Maid standard. This “ball-park” is based on what a typical home about your size, in average condition would require. I am sorry the team required more time than anticipated to bring your home to our standard. However, once we bring a home up to the Molly Maid standard, it takes much less time to maintain it at that standard ... and, of course, it is much less expensive. This could be a great time to consider regular service for what is sure to be busy times. The in-home estimate is free and only takes about 15 - 20 minutes. At the end of the estimate you will receive pricing for weekly, every other week and monthly service for a clean that is customized for your home. Please give us a call.
