The remodel process was very painless. We were worried because we had never used a contractor before but everything went great. The work was done when promised and for the price quoted. They even repainted the bathroom when we didn't like the original color we had picked out for the room.

Work done expertly with professionalism throughout. Prompt with services, calls answered in a timely fashion. Price beat all bids received. Quality products selected and cleanup done thoroughly.

Overall, we are very happy with the work. By having us obtain the majority of the items to be installed, we were able to save quite a bit of money. Just make sure you go over the available measurments and the measurements of what you plan on buying with the contractor before you buy. Our project ended up getting delayed bcause I had ordered what I thought was a vanity that would fit in the space we had, but it turns out the finished bathroom size was a bit smaller than we had originally talked about due to door limitations. Needless to say, thank goodness Lowe's was willing to take the special order vanity top we had ordered back- no questions asked. As with all projects, there were hiccups along the way, but the only one we were not able to resolve was the fact that the hot/cold are flipflopped on the tub. Apparently they were switched in the original bathroom, and once everything was installed, it would have been difficult to fix without cutting into the already finished walls. SInce we plan on redoing the downstairs bathroom in a few years....we agreed that it would just be best to wait until that renovation to flip flop them. We plan on using Ziegler Construction again for our next large project.
