We have burns spots in the yard.  They put down a mosquito spray on a Japanese Maple and its dying.  We called them and the supervisor is coming out to look at it. 

See above.  Tire of getting yet another excuse...this time it was a new "tech" and he did not know to knock.  But, I talked to the "tech" yesterday and said to call first.  She said it really wasn't MY tech, just a calling service...wow.  So, you lied about the call, but does the FAKE tech NOT pass on what I said about calling first?  This goes on every month, now.  Seems so simple...want my business, I need to know when you will be here...  She said they cannot do that...so, searching for another company

They are very good and always done very well. I like that I have the greenest and nicest lawn on the street. I don't know when they come but they just come and just leave something on the door and I know that they've been here. They are a little more expensive than other places but I guess you get what you pay for.

Their service was OK, but nothing special.  Received about 7 services a year starting in spring and lasting thru the fall.  My lawn did improve, but a long way away from what I expected and many weeds still remained in the lawn.  I had Scott's for about 5 to 7 years.  For the price I don't feel as if I received the value.

They keep our lawn looking great.  It couldn’t be any better.

I would say that they're pretty good. One time they came and it was raining, so they didn't do the whole job. Every other time it's been good. I had to call and complain that they had to come back out. They fixed it, and they didn't charge me. It was resolved. I probably would use them again. If I found somebody else better, than I would use them.

If there is any concern or complaint, I can give them a call and they get right on it.  They are responsive.  They do a great job.
