Since I was about 13 I have been filing my friends/family members taxes for them utilizing many different online tax filers. This year, I hit a major snag and was practically pulling my hair out trying to file my own taxes due to quite a few major life events that occurred last year. I asked a few friends and one that I trust dearly recommended Stith, Wimsatt & Associates to me. I am definitely glad I followed his advice, as I was able to drop off all of my tax paperwork this morning and before the end of the day I was asked to come back in, review, and sign the documents for filing. Woo! One day and my stress dropped. Thank you so much!

We've been using Stith, Wimsatt and Associates for 14 years. They are fantastic. They are always available throughout the year to answer any questions we might have....without charging us. At tax time, their staff is friendly, fast and accurate on all points of the return. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and cost effective. The only negative comment is that the office was a little difficult to find. Being new to the area, the office was lacking in signage on the building and down the confusing hallway inside the building. Not a big deal overall. I called and they were able to give me directions over the phone.

They asked me to bring in the IRS letter we recieved and they would review the situation with us. I walked in and a CPA was able to meet with me on the spot. She reviewed the letter and wrote down specific instructions as to what we needed to send back to the IRS. The CPA answered all my questions and was very thorough. Also, she did not charge me for this appointment, even though they had not originally prepared our taxes. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

They are certified CPA's. They are a family run business. They have been doing our taxes for years. They helped us with the over head expense deductions for our handicapped son. I like their personal involvement. They have been very loyal to us and are proactive. They give us a good price and could choose to charge us more.

He is very efficient, thorough and reasonably priced.
