Select Comfort - Florence Mall

I had purchase a sleep bed and the the location was very professional. The store was very cleaned and I felt very safe.  They did call before they came out and told me that they had my bed.  I had asked them before coming out if they had my retractable bed.  The gentleman stated that he had a standard bed.  This is not what I ordered and I advised them that there was no need to come out to my residents.  He went ahead and came out and this is when the problem started.  When they came out they wear no uniform or name tags showing that they worked for Select Comfort.  I was weary letting them in to my home but went ahead and let them.  I pointed to the bedroom but he suggested for me to lead them in there.  When we were in my room he caressed my shoulder at least 6-7 times.  The other guy took off and I don't know where he was.  So I don't know if he was looking around my house like he was casing it.  The gentleman that was in the room was telling me he was in jail in Colorado. So there was so many different things that was making me feel so uncomfortable.  I just wanted them to leave.  They put the bed together and they did put it together with the wrong legs. When they left I called the main location to complain. They did come back another day with the correct bed. The same guys came back.  I was so nervous with them being there again. This time they tried to make other conversation but I just wanted them to leave immediately. I just want other people know that there was no background check done on these guys.  I would not want to this happen to someone else.
