Home Building
Everything is just perfect. They are perfectionists. Even their subcontractors have told us they expect perfection and require even the smallest of things be fixed. For example, Greg was there with us and noticed a tile sticking out (we didn't even notice it) in the bathroom and said that he would have it fixed and when we went back, it was. The island in the kitchen didn't exactly line up, and we asked that they re-align it which Greg was happy to do. He said when they do re-align the island, the light fixture overhead would be off and they would go ahead and move it as well (even though all of the drywall was already finished). We are building from Tennessee and they make it an easy process even though we are out of state.
