+ -1 moreThey were recommended to me by a friend and he said he always found them to be fair and honest, and I have found that to be true. There were times I have taken it in that they could have said more was wrong, they could have done double the work instead of what they did, and they could have messed with you, but they don't do that. They seem to be pretty fair and honest. If I've had a problem, they are quick to say, "Bring it in. We'll take care of it." Their prices seem to be fair. The last one with the brakes and the drums, we did take it back in because it was making some kind of noise. They had us bring it back in and they resolved it then. They looked at it and said it was some bad part so I replaced the part free of charge. I continually use them.
Description of Work: Richwood Auto Care took care of my rear brakes and I had to replace the drums too.
