Resing Building Services

Overall we presented with two projects - one a basic bathroom remodel and one a horrible project because the team of people had to come and finish someone else's work and that work was really poorly done. Some pluses to work with Marcus Resing and his team is that: Marcus is a good listener, super personable and polite People cleaned up after themselves, especially on demo days - we didn't even know a demo had happened Everyone he subcontracted to was very nice Fair prices Flexibility around what you wanted him to do versus what you wanted to take on yourself Went out of his way to do a few extra touches without charging, when he could have Some definite downsides to how this relationship went were: The finish work could have been more polished. For examples The drywall was our biggest issue. The end results were not always smooth and everything is incredibly soft so that if you lightly bump it dent is left behind. We had to spend a full day filling in nail holes after everyone left. Some trim was done with drywall where it was visually obvious that nicer wood should have been used. We have had, and continue to have, problems getting back in touch for warranty work. We had a tile pop out of place and some grout that was never filled in. We have contacted Marcus on multiple occasions and don't get calls back.
