Carl Kappes was our agent and he was great! He showed as many houses as we wanted to view in the area. Carl has a good knowledge of Northern Kentucky housing market. He as well could make a rough estimation of fixing costs associated with every house (valuable for first-time buyers). Carl is honest and is not trying to sell things to you. In addition he contacted sellers promptly, kept us informed, answered every email or phone call. Negotiated prices for us and was ready to meet with us late in the evening to sign a purchase contract. Submitted all the papers on time and we've got our house! We'll work with Carl in future.
