I was surprised how smoothly everything went. I had never had to replace my roof before. I was expecting a huge ordeal. Shawnna made the process pleasant and she immediately put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make some decisions I was not sure about. She has a pleasing personality. She wants you to be happy with your decision. Mike was great. He and the crew came out, they let me know what was going to happen and went right to work. He kept me informed throughout the process so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. The crew was very courteous and friendly and did a great job!! They were done before you know it and completely cleaned up afterwards. It was like they were not even there. I am thrilled with my new roof and the service from Pillar!!

Very professional from start to finish. I had 5 different companies quote this job. Pillar was not the lowest bid or the highest bid. What impressed me was the detailed quote and prompt response I received. I figured this was a sign of how they operated. Thankfully that was true. They did what they said they were going to do, was on time and even finished early. They even repaired my gutters. They gave me a veteran discount as well and that meant a lot to me.
