We had a plasma, flat screen TV that went out. I brought the TV to Na-do (also known as TV repair on the front of the building), and paid them $50 to look at it. The cost of my repair would have been $399.95, so we decided not to repair. I thought $50 to look at it was rather expensive, but they were very helpful when it came to getting a copy of our estimate. They mailed it to us very quickly for warranty reasons. If we have another TV problem, or need a bulb for our DLP TV, I will go there. Friendly and helpful.

Overall it was the best outcome we could have asked for. Nado TV understood our unique need and they stepped up and got the job done in time to meet our needs. The repairman came in a short time and he fixed the TV for us when they could have said we had to wait until the next week. The repairman had the correct part with him and the job was completed long before anyone arrived for our party.

Our TV went out late during the basketball games Thursday night. I called our warranty people and they could not come out for a week. I called Nado and explained we had 40 people coming over to watch the basketball games. They sent someone out that day to look at our TV. An hour after I called them, they arrived. It took them a half an hour to fix our TV. They gave excellent same day service. It was an extremely pleasant experience and he was very neat.
