I've had them work on something else in another time but it's really not their specialty so I wouldn't get as far as recommend them for anything other than transmission work. They treat me right and explain stuff.

They worked with the provider of the maintenance contract so we did not have to. They kept us informed of the progress and the unexpected delay when they determined that the computer had failed. They were great to work with and I would definitely use them again

Dropped Dodge Dakota pickup off on Wednesday. They checked for issues, and confirmed what I already knew-- my transmission was not working properly. Transmission was slipping gears, making strange noises, and generally threatening to leave me stranded. Not entirely unexpected after 10 years!

The fault code indicated and quot;Loss of Primeand quot; in the internal pump in the transmission. After they took things apart they found the torque converter was not up to snuff, the filter was clogged with fine metallic residue, the clutches were burned and overheating.

This required a complete overhaul, with rebuilt torque converter, plus new speed sensors, piston kit, filter, solenoid block, and overhaul kit.

Truck was ready by Friday afternoon.

It's been a week, and it seems to be working OK!

Only reason I didn't rate the price is because $2500 isn't chicken feed, but when compared to the cost of a new vehicle it's cheap. I didn't comparison shop, I just looked for a company that was rated favorably.

They quoted me a price, shared what was parts versus labor, told me when the job would be done and it was ready and waiting for me to pick it up. Have had the car for a week down and so far no more issues!

After repairs were competed, discovered an additional internal engine problem which they could not diagnose. Agreed not to charge me for labor since the work they completed did not completely fix the problem.

I got three quotes. Mr. Transmission was the lowest price. They were able fixe the issue. They were informative and knowledgeable. They provided a three year warranty on the rebuilt transmission

Had to take the car in first for them to give an estimate. They ordered the parts needed and then had to return it for a day for the repairs. They were easy to work with. Needed a car for the day, called Enterprise and Mr. Transmission has a 15% discount rate with them. That was a nice surprise.
