Overall, they did a good job, but a few things annoyed me. The person who answered the phone and gave me my appointment time told me that I could get a free quote and if I wanted the work done, they could do it right away or I could send him on his way. Well the guy came to give me a quote and then I had to schedule an appointment for a later date. Not a huge deal, but it was annoying that it was different from what I was told. But it ended up working out because the install took almost 5 hours, which I wouldn't have expected. First he showed up with the wrong electrical box, so he had to run to Home Depot which delayed him about 30 minutes even though he was there 24 hours previously. He did find some issues with the existing wiring, so he did have to "fix" that so that did add to the time I'm sure. He also didn't charge me anything extra on top of the quote he gave me the previous day (which was comparable to quotes I got over the phone from other electricians). There was also a coupon on Angie's List and he tried to claim he gave me Angie's List pricing, so he wasn't going to take it, but I persisted and he finally did. Then the credit card machine took about 10 minutes before it finally worked. Overall, I would use them again.
