My experience with Mi Salon went extremely well, as it always does. This salon is professional, clean, welcoming and always delivers high-end salon services. I have been going to this salon for the past 10 years and would not hesitate to recommend someone to the salon. I have been to several different stylists throughout the years and have not been disappointed yet. My mother and most of my close friends come to this salon.

I went there and it's great for me. I went there last year. It's a little bit pricey. (10:37).

Fine, they do a pretty good job

The massage therapist at Mi Salon Spa is great. She does whatever the person wants her to do.I will be going to her this week. I have been to a lot of massage therapists and she is very good. I have been going to her every month for the past one year.

everything went great with color and cut. Didnt care much for style, or the price. I think they are very high. But overall was a good experience.

Excellent. I have curly hair which can be difficult to cut. I see a stylist there who also has curly hair and she does a great job cutting my hair. The stylist is always very professional. She listens to any concerns that I have and works to make changes to the cut so that it works better for me.

They over charged me and they realized it and called me at home. They then said they would refund me the $40.00 difference. When my credit card statement came, I didn't receive the credit. I called them and let them know that I didn't receive the credit. They then said that I would be able to use the credit the next time I came in, I told them I wanted the money back on my credit card and they finally issued that refund. My biggest complaint is the price, and I didn't feel it was as professional as I had hoped. It was sort of strange because they have a color specialist, and then if you want a cut you go to someone else there. They charged extra for the style, and it wasn't correct. They did do a good job on the color.

Josh gives an awesome shampoo and head massage.

They are an upscale salon and spa. Tammy is at a masters level for haircutting and styling. I think their prices are good for an upscale salon. They are very professional, courteous and friendly. They have excellent customer service skills.

DEFINITELY A GREAT PLACE - THE STORE HAS THE LOOK OF A CALIFORNIA SALON. COMFORTABLE COUCH, CHAIRS AND ROCKERS IN THE WAITING AREA, WITH A FIREPLACE, MAGAZINES AND DAILY PAPER. NICE SELECTION OF COFFEE, TEA, ICE WATER AVAILABLE, ALL COMPLIMENTARY. BATHROOMS VERY CHIC! EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY STAFF!

TAMMI ALWAYS KEEPS HER APPOINTMENTS ON TIME AND IS VERY FRIENDLY. ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH ALL THE STAFF.

REBECCA IS AWESOME. SHE KNOWS CURRENT TRENDS AND HOW TO HELP ME OBTAIN THE LOOK I WANT. MI SALON IS VERY NICE, A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THOROUGH.
