M Square Contracting Solutions

The deck work was not well done, and the wood is already splitting. I had paid him an additional $3000 to work on the cabinets. I had to take him to small claims court, but he did not show. They awarded me the judgement, but a month later he still has not paid me. Now I have to get a lean out on his business.

M Square (David and the crew) are excellent in all phases of the project. I have an old house where the walls are not square but they came up with a creative plan with the layout for an entire kitchen and 2 bathroom gut and remodels that used the unique character of the house but included all of our requirements (even a hidden kitchen pantry door that passes to the laundry room).  David managed the project with transparency and kept track of all T&M sheets and receipts.  He managed the project to its completion and kept the budget in check with any changing requirements.  He was more than fair in the whole process. 

The biggest asset of M Square is the creativity and commitment to quality craftsmanship.  At the end of our project, David built a custom piece of furniture for our family room that has become the focal point and talking point of all who visit our home.
