David was immediately available to schedule my inspection when I called on a Saturday. The day of the inspection, he was punctual (actually early) and very professional. He answered all of my questions about the house and was very pleasant. He did not seem to mind at all that I shadowed him throughout the process, which was great, and I really learned a lot. He spent a good 3.5 hours doing the inspection. I received the report that evening which was great. Highly recommended!
