Description of Work: I Bought and returned a lift chair from the La Z Boy Gallery in Florence, KY. They Credited back the $400.00 that I had put on my Credit Card to hold the chair and said they would have to mail me the $1100.00 plus dollars that I had given them a check and that I should receive the check in 10 days. Well its been over 30 days since I returned the chair and they have yet to receive my money back. The manager called me after receiving an email but promised nothing as far as when as to when they will mail my check.

Description of Work: We bought an electric sofa recliner. A month later the mechanism on one end broke. I was very upset because it was new and I had always trusted Lazy Boy chairs. I had just had surgery so we did not go to the store for 10 days. They told us what to try to repair it. I insisted that we have someone come to check it. They told us it would be 2 weeks before someone could come out. I am very upset and sorry I paid the extra $400 as I have seen the same couch other places. I thought the Lazy Boy couch would be more reliable.

 + -1 moreMost of my family has owned Lazy-Boy products and I knew that they were good quality. When I needed a new one I decided that I wanted to get a Lazy-Boy. I bought it to match my sofa. They have been very good to work with. They stand behind their products which is good to know. I have been very pleased with purchase. I like that it can be taken apart for travel. I think that is very convenient.
Description of Work: I have purchased a micro-suede rocker/recliner from Lazy-Boy Furniture.
