Lanise is an interior decorating and design company serving northern Kentucky, southern Ohio and eastern Indiana. We assist clients in defining their style, implementing a specific design, choosing the correct products and services to maintain project constraints, and utilizing the correct vendors to stay within budget. We work with a wide range of clients and cover many markets. Whether you are a real estate agent that needs to stage a home, a home buyer looking for assistance with finishes, or sitting on a property that you would love to put some upgrades into, we can walk you through the process with as much or as little assistance as you require. Our design experience is nation-wide. Lanise was started by two ladies who desired to assist clients through the challenging process of decorating and designing homes and offices. The name was created as a combination of two middle names: Lynn and Denise. Vickie Cecardo and Aimee Morriss offer different skill sets, and together, they are magic. We now work with many other business' to offer clients the most cost effective solutions. Our projects have ranged from California Spanish style, Portland, Oregon craftsman style, New York contemporary loft style, east coast Nantucket style, to midwest traditional style. We are proud to have a diverse background in the industry. Lanise is able to assist clients with honing specific decorating and design preferences to create a cohesive end design. Lanise handles both the interior and exterior of a residence or commercial building. We understand that a budget often needs to stretch to cover curb appeal and interior design. We assist with landscaping, interior and exterior architecture, and interior decorating and design. Style is not the only consideration when establishing a cohesive design. Lanise assists our clients with defining color, texture, organization and living aspects of the design process. We put a plan in place to alleviate stress and confusion, whether the design plan will take one month or ten years to implement. At Lanise, we believe that a good plan keeps our clients from wasting time and money on unnecessary items or projects. Our goal is to assist our clients in focussing on specific projects to help stretch a budget to meet the most immediate needs.
