+ -1 moreIt was horrible and the story would not fit in this space. Do NOT use this company or accept any pre-approval from this company.
Description of Work: We were selling our home and the buyers were using this company for financing. What began in September finally failed in Dec. after we moved out of the home. It was an AWFUL experience. Kathy Zembrodt, the loan officer, should never have given these clients pre-approval. The owner of the company, Kent Daley, was open to our concerns in the beginning, but ended up changing his story and trying to smear the name of the realtors and our realty company. Honestly, I have never dealt with a company that is as inept and dishonest as KY Fidelity Mortgage.
