About the only thing I can say was good was that they did arrive when they said they would. They took no effort to protect carpet in home. They did not do what what the written description of work showed. They did not finish the tile the way they said they would. I had to have them come back and look at the work that was cracking and they're way of fixing it was to use caulk. His wife got nasty with me when I called to complain. I will have the shower redone sooner or later but I will check everyone out. I did contact the BBB and filed a complaint but they never got back with me and I called several times and was told they are working on it. I talked to an attorney who said I an excellent case but I changed my mind cause I was not up to dealing with more. I have MS and the shower was necessary for my safety but to proceed with court and all, I just wasn't up to it. I have told others not to contact this person for anything and since I found out about Angie's List I hope others with see this and go elsewhere. I'm not sure the person has a license to do this work since he didn't produce one to me. I had someone look at the work and they shook they're head. Over time other's have seen it and shake there heads too. He was pleasant and that was my first mistake and saying he's a member of BBB means nothing. I have learned and hopefully won't ever have a bad experience again.
