 + -1 moreEXCELLENT WORK. THE EMPLOYEES TOOK TIME TO HELP ME WITH DIFFERENT MAT COLORS AND FRAME COLORS AND I NEVER FELT RUSHED AT ALL. FINISHED PIECE TURNED OUT VERY WELL AND WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL THINGS FRAMED HERE AND EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.
Description of Work: I HAD A CROSS-STITCH PIECE THAT I NEEDED BLOCKED AND FRAMED TO PRESERVE IT BETTER THAN I COULD DO MYSELF.

 + -1 moreI HAD TO GO BACK REPEATEDLY BECAUSE THE WORK WASN'T DONE, OR THE MATT OF A HUGE PRINT WAS CUT WRONG AND SHOWED WHO MANUFACTURED IT, AND ONE OF THREE WOODCUTS HAD TWO FRAMES THAT MACHED AND ONE DIDN'T. IT HAD TO BE RE-CUT TO MATCH THE OTHER TWO. THEN THE WOODCUTS WERE VERY WAVY AND DESPITE BEING TOLD THEY WOULD FIX THEM, THEY WERE LEFT WAVY. AFTER 4 VISITS, I WENT HOME AND CALLED THE MANAGER KARLA IN ANOTHER STORE AD TOLD HER THE WOODCUTS LOOKED VERY BAD AND THIS WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE JOB AND SOMETHING HAD TO BE DONE ABOUT IT. ALSO, I HAD TO HIRE A DRIVER EACH TIME I WENT BACK TO THE STORE. SHE CALLED THE OWNERS. CHUCK AND AMI CAME UP FROM KENTUCKY THE NEXT WEEK AND TOOK THE PICTURES BACK TO THEIR STORE AND WITHIN A DAY CAME BACK AND PUT THEM ON THE WALL. THE WOODCUTS LOOK VERY NICE NOW. I THOUGHT THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT. EXPLAINED HOW THEY WOULD HAVE KARLA FIX THEM, AND IT WAS DONE VERY WELL. I HAVE SINCE HAD A CALL FROM KARLA TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY. I AM
Description of Work: I HAD A NUMBER OF PRINTS AND WOODCUTS MATTED, FRAMED AND TWO DIPLOMAS STRAIGHTENED. I WENT TO THE BLUE ASH STORE. TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE HELPED ME AT DIFFERENT TIMES IN THE SELECTION OF MATTS AND FRAMES.
