EBN is run by rank amateurs! American stoves come in 30", 36" and 42"... that's it. A professional would know that and would ask questions if they found something problematic. Despite the words "30" stove" being written on the wall, EBN sent their co-owner to measure and leave a 33" space for a 30" stove. Then he had the nerve to say, "Well, as far I knew, you were ordering some kind of custom stove." ... please.... So if you want incompetents measuring for and then mucking up your kitchen, call EBN. They refuse any responsibility for their actions or make to any sort of minor restitutions. They have ZERO concern for customer satisfactions. Beware!

They were great! The process was smooth and we feel we got a much better quality counter for the money than we were offered through Lowes or Home Depot. EBN was awesome and the installers they used were fantastic!

Excellence by Nature Granite (EBN)--They were wonderful!  We cannot say enough, but some of the highlights: 1)  They were always responsive to calls and emails (not something I always experienced with other businesses). 2) Always thoughtful and courteous.  We changed our minds A LOT, before getting the look we wanted.  Sarah was always patience, friendly, helpful (her husband and the installers were all very nice too).  She shared ideas and suggestions, but was never pushy.  They let us take samples so we could see them at the house, flooring stores, etc. 3) They are absolutely dependable.  When the onsite measurement and install was schedule, they were there on time--as promised. There was some mix-up with the cabinet manufacturer (definitely not Sarah's fault...maybe ours) and Sarah worked with us to resolve it completely to our satisfaction--at not cost to us.  4) Of course, the most important part was the final product.  IT LOOKS SO GOOD!  Exactly what we wanted. Beautiful granite and great install. 5) We went to EBN for the granite (someone suggested them to us).  When we got there, we realized they carried cabinets, tile, etc.  We ended up getting our cabinets thru EBN. If I had it to do again, I would have gotten our ceramic tile from EBN too. 6) EBN seems to be a small, family owned business.  We like that fact. 7) Some builders encourage you to go to the supplier they work with...we did not do that and Sarah worked with our builder with no problems, 8) All of these things are great--and critically important--but there is the bottom line.  EBN was substantially cheaper than other providers--including the big home improvement stores.  We had small breakfast bar we decided to do in a different color of granite, so Sarah found a remnant and gave it at a reduced cost.  She did not have to do that...we would have never known.  (Great customer service and good pricing!  How often does that happen?) The great pricing was true for the granite, AND the cabinets.  I suspect EBN could provide competitive pricing for whatever they sell.  9) They have candy out for customers--which is always a good thing!

From the day we walked into thier business we have always had a pleasant experience. Sara is very  professional.fair and knowledgeable. The installation crew strives to do and does an excellent job.Thier attitude is to do quality work second to none.

It went very well!

EBN tore out existing laminate counters and sink, Installed granite countertops and undermount sink. Installers encountered a couple of glitches due to the way current laminate was installed (could not be pre-determined when EBN first came to make template and/or until tear out began) plus odd angles of counter. They were able to think on their feet and resolve issues so end result is perfect. Installers also advised me on some plumbing upgrades I should consider when plumber connected new sink. Good advice I would not have thought of and did have plumber address. All involved from EBN seemed to genuinely care about the work being done as if it was their home. Very friendly, professional from start to finish. Obviously take a lot of pride in their work. Excellent, very pleased, amazing transformation.



Backsplash combination of subway tile and glass tile. This work was done by John Morris Tile thru EBN. Friendly professional installer. Again, as we any remodel work, unexpected issues, however minor come up. The tile guy went the extra mile to see that all was taken care of, and again the end result is perfect.



Would definitely use EBN again and definitely recommend.

I had a very difficult time finding my choice of color in any of the warehouses referred by a different company I got a quote from, but was going to spend $6000 on two slabs that would suffice. While still coming up with the cash, I met Sean from EBN (Excellence by Nature), where he convinced me they could cut the cost by a few thousand dollars by looking further at a stone distributor they work with often, whom the first company never mentioned. I found that perfect color slab, and the quote did come in a few thousand less. The custom shape and edge treatment I requested increased it a few hundred (I was cutting cost quite a bit so I guess I could splurge a bit). Sean came out to measure my counters, then showed me the slab in his shop once it was delivered, to inspect before cutting. On the scheduled date, he arrived with a partner though late in the afternoon (I wondered if they were going to show). I appreciate that they finished installing my bottom cabinets since I forgot to.
