Description of Work: They were honest and told us up front that there is a $25 initial fee. They viewed the tv and found that it was best to buy another. They did not take us for our money and behaved as if it could be fixed. They gave us options on what we can do with our old TV. We appreciated that.

 + -1 moreThe woman who took the call for an appointment was very courteous, and she worked around our schedules and was able to accommodate when we could be home. The repairman located the source of the problem, indicated it would be at least $500 to repair, and that they would have to take the TV to their offices to correct it. Given the cost and the need to remove the TV, we opted to not have it repaired and simply purchased a new TV instead. Despite that, I would call and use England TV again.
Description of Work: The picture on the big screen, high definition TV was not showing up correctly, and a service call to the house was needed to determine the root cause of the problem and get an estimate for repair.

PAUL ASKED THE BEST TIME FOR ME THE NEXT DAY AND HE WAS EARLY .
