They did a good job. They were prompt.

They came on time, knew what they were doing, and their fees were reasonable. They sent two people, but their fees didn't seem to reflect that. I have used them twice.

Estimate was $125, final was $87 and a couple days sooner than promised. Was so satisfied, I took my daughter's computer in to their adjoining PC REPAIR SHACK, expecting the same results and service.

The woman who took the call for an appointment was very courteous, and she worked around our schedules and was able to accommodate when we could be home. The repairman located the source of the problem, indicated it would be at least $500 to repair, and that they would have to take the TV to their offices to correct it. Given the cost and the need to remove the TV, we opted to not have it repaired and simply purchased a new TV instead. Despite that, I would call and use England TV again.

SERVICEMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INFORMATIVE. HE WAS INTERESTED IN DOING WHAT WAS IN CUSTOMER''S BEST INTEREST. (THIS UNIT IS OLD, TUBES ARE BEGINNING TO FADE, AND HE COULD EASILY HAVE PUSHED FOR REPLACEMENTS OR OTHER COSTLY WORK; INSTEAD, HE ADVISED THAT THIS UNIT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE FOR ITS AGE, AND COULD LAST FOR SEVERAL MORE YEARS AS IS).
