AGENT AND ASSISTANT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY; OBTAINED INFORMATION QUICKLY, AND GAVE US BETTER RATE THAN OUR FORMER COMPANY. WHEN THE NATIONAL COMPANY PLANNED TO RAISE OUR RATE BASED ON 'REBUILD COST', AGENT CAME OVER IN PERSON TO TAKE ADDITIONAL PICTURES AND ATTEMPT TO CLARIFY.
