Responsive, fairly good description of elements and how they work, open to customer interests in how to design system (priorities, location of elements, etc.). Had to call again to obtain and quot;warningand quot; signage for system and have yet to receive decals for windows; follow-up, in this respect, has not been good. System itself appears to work well, monitoring has been verified and contacts are made efficiently as described. Sales and engineering appear separately organized and this may explain the gap between the two in terms of ensuring that all agreed upon aspects of system are made available at time system is and quot;created.and quot; Follow-up by sales staff after system created would easily assure that product as sold was delivered and any problems or needed follow-up was addressed.

The workers arrived on time and completed the work very quickly, especially in light of the age of my house. Absolutely everything was explained in detail and they actually took the time to demonstrate and then allowed me to perform the functions to make sure I completely understood. The workers were extremely polite and friendly. I was very comfortable with them. They encouraged me to call their cell phone numbers if I had any questions or problems. So far everything works great. I feel very safe now with the security system they installed and I absolutely LOVE my new surround sound system.
