Deer Park Roofing Inc

Our Condo Community hired this organization to put up siding on a large community complex. They priced it way low to get the job and then we found out they just couldn't live up to there promises. They stated they would be able to complete in 8-12 weeks, but only got little over half complete in 6 months. Some of there Crews were not the most qualified individuals. Then after having to come back this year, they decided they needed to raise the price since the siding went up last year. We had already budgeted for the remainder of the current contract so we broke it off and found someone new to take over. Even after trying to work with there owner to see if they could help us out on cost, the flat out told us "No". We had to push them constantly to make sure everything was completed properly.

Our roof was damaged by a storm in Sept. 2008. This year problems appeared (at least became more noticeable). I am not sure if the problem is due to inferior product or labor or both. Front shingles (south side) show alternate dark/light striations. Other roofers have contacted me suggesting I have a problem. Back shingles (north side) are curling up. I have not discussed these problems with Deer Park roofing. I am certainly interested to hear what they say is the cause.

This work was performed in 2008 after a storm damaged our roof. In the last year, problems have surfaced that indicate inferior shingles and/or poor roofing job (not sure which). Shingles in the front (south side) show alternating light/dark striations across the entire roof. Shingles in the back (north side) are curling. It's been on my list to contact Deer Park Roofing but as yet I have not done that. I am certainly interested to hear their story on what they think the problem is.

Deer Park Roofing had done excellent work for us before, so it was pretty much a forgone conclusion we would use them again when we needed the new roof and gutters. Overall the project went well. The team was great to work with. They were punctual, cleaned up afterwards and always professional. The roof looks great as do the new gutters. However, to date we've had three service calls. It seems that the double booting and drainage channels which the salesman told us was pretty unique to them were not done resulting in leaks in each of the bathrooms. Then a downspout came loose from the house. They were very responsive in correcting the problems it was just disappointing to know the problems occurred as we now wonder how long the roof will really last. After the last repair this June, we were to have caps put over a couple of the gas pipes but we never heard back from the company about that. All in all though we still find Deer Park a good company to work with and would likely use them in the future.

They replaced the old roofs on the building and the garage. They were fast, and cleaned up when they were finished. They also repaired the chimney and replaced the crown.

Repairs and installation went as expected.

LeeAnn at Deer Park was able to schedule someone to quickly come out to assess and replace all of the mossy shingles and replace the vent flashing. This was my mother's home that was under sale contract so we were on a tight time frame to get the repairs made. Because of their quick response, we were able to keep on track for the closing. I received clarification, follow up and confirmation of the completed work. What a blessing to have this handled so promptly. These folks are very friendly, professional and courteous. It is very rare to find such excellent customer service like this.

Their proposal was very detailed. One of the main reasons I chose them. Once they started, they worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when finished. The roofs look great!

Perfect

Work too longer that I expected, due primarily to weather and some vacation time. I was not surprised or shocked by any of the delays. Later I found a leak. I called and the next day someone was on site to investigate, the next day it was repaired with no problems. 
I am happy with the service Deer Park provided and would use them again without reservation.

They did a good job and I would use them again. We wanted some specific shingles that wouldn't mold. They quality of the roof and the work was good. They were always right on time and very responsive. They were also very courteous and I would recommend them.

It was tremendous. They were great. They explained what was wrong and then they said there was an additional problem. They told me what it as before they did it because it was additional money. They did a great job, they really did. You have to wait. They were here within a day or 2. The follow up was great. They told us how much it would cost and how they would do it. Locally, they are right here so there's no problem. I just enjoyed working with them. Their pricing was reasonable for what they did. The quality of work that was done was perfect. There were no problems.

I called Deerpark based on AL reviews. They were very easy to work with. I left a message and they called back soon thereafter to arrange an estimate. After they saw the problem and told us it would not be more than their minimum fee, we scheduled the appointment. They came out and fixed the roof while we were at work. When I got home I could see from the ground what a good job they had done. While they were on the roof, they noticed another small problem with some flashing. Since they were up there and it would not take much time they fixed that as well at no extra charge. The house has been bone dry with no leaks in heavy rain.

I had this leaking roof for months. Every time it rained I had to put up buckets and towels in my living room. I had three (yes, THREE) different roofing companies out to repair it. All three told me it was due to the flashing around my chimney, and all three and quot;repairedand quot; it. The leaks didn't stop. I finally called Deer Park Roofing. Their consultant (I unfortunately don't remember his name) was nice enough to meet me early in the morning so I wasn't late for work. He went up on the roof for all of 5 minutes and then told me that the flashing around the chimney was not the problem. The gutter around a nearby window had been installed backwards, so the water was channelling into the house instead of away from it. Deer Park Roofing came out the next day and fixed the gutter around the window. It required them to replace a small patch of shingles, and they were able to find a color that very closely matched the existing shingles. I waited a few months before fixing the living room ceiling, just in case the leaks continued. Thankfully, I have had no further issues. I wish I had started with Deer Park Roofing, and would not hesitate to use them again.

When the first repair wasnt perfect they came back and made it perfect. Then they knocked some $$$ off the cost of the repair. Overall, I am very happy with them.

I felt like they did not want to hear or do what i was requesting. They would have made more money but they didn't want to do the extra work.

I reached out to Matt @ Deerpark Roofing after having trouble with responses from other vendors.Matt was very prompt, professional and explained in detail what exactly was causing my leak and how they were going to prevent it going forward. The repairs have certainly been put to the test in the last few days. I'm very satisfied with the work performed and will most definitely be calling Deerpark Roofing for any of my future roofing needs.

Chuck came out, checked out my roof and explained what was needed and how much it would cost. He was friendly and professional and I have to say the same about the office staff when I called to schedule the repair. I was not home when they came to replace the shingles but they left a courtesy note to tell me they had made the repairs. I was very pleased with this company and their service.

They were very professional and they did a good job! They were prompt. We had another problem with the roof maybe six months later and they came out the next day. So they stand behind their work.
