Comprehensive Valuation Services, provides appraisals of varying degrees of complexity. From residential single family dwellings, small mix-use properties appraisals, retail facilities to multi-unit apartment buildings. All our appraisals meet and exceed both state and federal requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Our staff has more than 70 years of real estate and appraisal experience. I have taken the time to list a few of the different types of buildings that we have appraised over the years, such as mobile home parks, retail centers, residential subdivisions, medical facilities, right-of-way and condemnation, eminent domain cases, easement valuations, partial taking cases, residential farms and vacant farm land.
