I tried to get an estimate from this company for four weeks now. They came immediately when first called and said I would have the written estimate within a week. I did not receive anything from them within a week nor any communication. They would not return calls or messages left. When they finally did return my call blamed it on "putting in a new system at the office" and must have fallen between the cracks and who was I again? I had called daily leaving messages asking for a response. They knew who I was! If they can't do the job fine ...tell me so I can move on and find a company who is reputable and will do the job. Immediately told me how very sorry he was and I would have the estimate delivered into my hands the next day. Didn't happen and now won't return calls. If you want work done don't call these people. ACCOUNTABLITITY AND RESPONSIBILITY IS THE KEY HERE. Poor professional work ethic and customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
