 + -1 moreBurton Pools was assigned to us by the home warranty company to investigate a noisy gas pool heater. They came to the house, looked at the pool heater, listened to the noise, collected the $100.00 feed required by the home warranty company and I did not see them again. Several weeks later the warranty company called to follow up on the claim, I told them it was unresolved as far as I knew. Several days after that Burton pools called and said they had replaced the thermostat in the pool heater, however it was done at a time when we were not at home. The noise is now gone, so I presume that some work was done. I do not like the idea of repairmen coming to my home when I am not there. They made no effort to schedule an appointment. I made it clear to the home warranty company that I was not happy. I definitely would NOT use this company again.
Description of Work: They said that they replaced thermostat in pool heater.

Description of Work: excellent customer service, helped us understand how our new inground pool operated, explained salt water measurement, viewed pictures of our pool & pump and based on our input and measurements they gave us advice on how to get our pool up and running. It is now crystal clear and we are very pleased. All the sales people are happy and helpful. thank you.
