Burton Pools was assigned to us by the home warranty company to investigate a noisy gas pool heater. They came to the house, looked at the pool heater, listened to the noise, collected the $100.00 feed required by the home warranty company and I did not see them again. Several weeks later the warranty company called to follow up on the claim, I told them it was unresolved as far as I knew. Several days after that Burton pools called and said they had replaced the thermostat in the pool heater, however it was done at a time when we were not at home. The noise is now gone, so I presume that some work was done. I do not like the idea of repairmen coming to my home when I am not there. They made no effort to schedule an appointment. I made it clear to the home warranty company that I was not happy. I definitely would NOT use this company again.
