Guys showed late, which was okay because they called ahead. But then they were very rushed and did a HORRIBLE job. In my living room, they went so quick I had to ask them to go over it again. In the end, they basically transferred the dirt from our high traffic areas into streaks across my carpet. It looks worse than before. I thought at first it would look better when it dried (which took a few days to dry completely). However, once I realized those dirt streaks weren't going anywhere I called to see if they could come out and re-do. I never got a call back. So I called them back and was told they can only come back out if I called within 48 hours. They wanted to charge me again. Even with a reduced rate, how could I trust them?!?! My carpet is ruined and I am so unhappy. There are many companies to choose from. Do not choose Braxton. Also - they reeked of cigarette smoke so badly I had to stand a few steps away from them.

They weren't on the list, but my sister had used them several times. I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. The woman (Cammie?) who takes the appointments was sweet and knowledgeable. I asked about any specials and she gave me the promotion for $10 off the upholstery cleaning. This was definitely the best carpet/upholstery experience I've had yet. Ed & Jeremy came and introduced themselves and got right to work. They were friendly and thorough. They removed the air registers because they said they didn't want them to rust (no one had done that before). They also asked if my dog would be OK if the door was open for the hoses. They also propped all of my couch cushions to ensure good overall drying. They told me when to expect my carpets and couch to be dry and to be careful when walking on kitchen floor from the living room (can be slick). Very thoughtful and well-trained employees. My carpets and couch look brand new!
