Rob was wonderful. He was professional, performed great work, and is extremely knowledgable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Once he reset the master switch, it started blowing air again. He still took time to explain what to look for when troubleshooting and then clean out the dust.

He was very professional and easy to talk to and I would work with him again. He was professional and didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman.

Rob arrived prompting and diagnosed the problem with our old air conditioner and provided an estimate to repair it.  Due to the age of the unit  (22 yrs) we requested he also give us an estimate for a new unit.  Rob promptly gave us an estimate.  My husband and I discussed the options that evening and decided on the new unit.  We called Rob and the new unit was installed with in 1-2 days.

He finished the work and cleaned up the area.  We highly recommend Rob.  Our daughter had recommended him to us as he had installed the heating and air conditioning when her house was built 

We replaced the protector and the problem appears to be solved.  Mr. Bell did not ask for payment, nor has he sent us a bill.  He was a very pleasant person.  Apparently, we cannot rate his work, but obviously he was a very fair person.  We will call him for service again, if it is needed.

It was a long process, but it was a very large job and everything was worth it.  The craftsmanship is excellent and everyone was very professional.  They were here when they said they would be here and were very hardworking.  All of my questions were answered promptly and everyone who worked there seemed to be very knowledgeable.
