Barnes is awesome. I hear that they do a large portion of the work in Northern KY, and they are personable, reasonable and easy to work with. I was selling a house in Erlanger, and as part of the FHA appraisal, they required that the house be treated for termites because there used to be termites at one time. They greatly reduced the price since I was getting all 3 services done and because there were no active termites in on the property. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for any type of exterminating services.

He came and did what he said he would do when he said he would and charged a fair price.

He went over and above to answer my questions. I had just random questions about bedbugs and he took me all through it and we talked about something else and he was happy to do it. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

They were responsive, quick and professional. They had a competitive price and they responded quickly. They didn't try to sell us anything; they just told us what the stuff would do. Everyone else sent a salesman out. They told us what they would do and they did it. We would use them again if we needed to.

Left a message and returned my call by the following day. There was miscommunication regarding the appointment, but that could be attributed to a poor phone connection. They showed up the next day and it took less than a half hour for the termite inspection for warranty renewal and spraying for the carpenter bees and hornets. Since he came out two days ago we have only seen a few confused homeless pests. He stated that if the problem persists after a week to call to have it resolved. So far, after a couple of days we are pleased with the results. Overall, it was a good experience, the price was reasonable and will be using them again.

Performed home inspection as part of real estate purchase. After purchase, called Barnes to perform services needed. They made an appointment at my convenience soon after I called. They arrived on time. Explained process. Explained guarantee. Very professional.

They have very flexible scheduling. They are able to answer any questions about the pesticides they use to see if they are safe for my family or not.
