Luckily this place doesn't operate on customer service. I bought a table here for $700 and an extended warranty for an additional $100. I had to pay upfront, and I was promised that it would be delivered to the store the next Friday (5/27), but the invoice said 6/1. To be on the safe side, I went to the store with a truck on 6/1 and no table. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't do it because all sales were final. I reminded them that they had sold me something, but I have yet to receive it. After a bit or arguing with a guy that likely didn't graduate high school, I gave up. I asked for a manager or someone else to speak to and he wouldn't budge.
I was assured it would be on the next truck that would arrive on that Friday (6/3). I go in Saturday (6/4) and guess what - no table. Neither time did they bother to call.
This place has ZERO customer service. The furniture is cheap.... and you get what you pay for - if you're lucky.
I finally got a table.... but will never be back here again. It would make me happy to see this place go under.
