I have remodeled, landscaped, flipped, rented and sold real estate since my first purchase in 1995. I have an eye for a property's potential as well as its current value. I've been on all sides, so I have a tremendous amount of empathy for what my clients are going through.As much as you want the home buying and selling process to be smooth, you also want to get the best price for your property. I utilize in depth reports on the current market to identify trends and opportunities to get a competitive price for a home. When I first became licensed in real estate, I also received my license as a loan originator. Sometimes how a property is financed can make or break a deal and it has been an advantage to have a thorough understanding of the lending process.
