I have a small yard and they're done in less than a half hour -- they're fast and they’re very good. Michael is very sweet.

Overall it was decent service, and they showed up on the same day each week. However I found it to be a bit pricey. They were very fast and efficient, but occasionally I felt as though they could have done a "cleaner" job

Mike the owner met his crew at my house to review the scope of work. The crew was very diligent and professional and carried out the work fully and quickly. Mike and Erin were very professional, quick with the bid and the scheduling the work within two weeks of acceptance of their bid. While it is still early to evaluate the success of the seeding, I would recommend Adams (and I already have to a neighbor) to let them bid and work with others on their landscaping needs.

They did the work and were gone, and I did not even know if they were here or gone.  They were really good.  Their price was not bad to me.  There were 3 guys and I could tell they were professionals.  I will definitely use them again in the future.  They will be in fact doing it all year for me.  Michael and his wife are in the business together, and he was super nice.  The 3 guys that were here before were just as nice as they could be too.  They are a really good company.  The reason I chose them was because I was looking for someone to do my grass, gutter cleaning and some other things too, and they were ‘A’ ratings all the way through.  They didn’t do my gutter cleaning though.

The contractor came out and flattened the mound, removing as much debris as possible. He consulted with us before performing the work, getting exact details on what we would need done. When finished, he let us know the next steps we should take to seed the yard. While we could probably seed the yard on our own, they did such a good job I think we will be contacting them to handle that work as well once the weather gets warmer!
About a week after the service was performed, we received a thank you card from the owners, Mike and Erin Slaughter, thanking us for our business. Then, around Christmas, they sent us a Christmas card! That's above and beyond customer care we don't see a lot these days, and we really appreciated it.

The service was tremendous. They were professional and efficient as well as courteous in their cleanup. I will definitely use them again.

We had a camper parked at the edge of our driveway for many years.  We recently sold it and the area where it sat looked terrible.  We called All Terrain's Mike Slaughter to give us some ideas and an estimate.  We had picked up a piece of granite that we wanted to use as a centerpiece.   He suggested leveling it out and putting river rock in the area.  It is a large 2/3 of a circle area with a small garden adjoining the space.  We didn't want to spend a fortune on it and the river rock idea sounded perfect.  It took them 2 days to level and place the rock.  It is quite lovely and natural looking.  It is near our fire pit, so we have spent several evenings there enjoying our back yard.  Mike and his crew did a great job.  They are coming back in September to do some landscaping in our front yard.

I called the number for All Terrain and left a message that I was interested in getting a quote for lawn mowing.  I was contacted by a woman who led me to believe she was the "office manager" or something like that.  She arranged to have the lawn looked at and she called again with a quote.  I accepted it and she said they would start mowing "on Thursday."  Thursday came and went without the lawn being mowed, then the next Thursday came and went without being mowed.  That Saturday I had to get out the lawn mower and mow the lawn myself.  That day I received an invoice in the mail for two cuts.  I immediately called and left a message stating that this was incorrect because they never mowed my lawn.  What is odd is that the invoice came from Adams Landscaping and Lawn Care.  I called the number on the invoice and the machine said it was All Terrain.  Very confusing!  I got a call back a couple of days later from the woman I spoke to (Cathy) earlier and she said that they must have had equipment issues and that I could ignore the invoice.  They finally started mowing the next week.  The mowers they used cut horribly and left a lot of debris on my yard.  Twice, their smaller mowers were broken so they used a weed whacker on my entire back yard because the larger mowers could not get through my gate to the fenced in part of the yard.  The front and back yards looked terrible.  They mowed four times and then I received an invoice in the mail.  Yet again they invoiced me for the first two mows that they didn't do, in addition to the four times they did.  I sent a check for the 4 cuts, and included a letter telling them to not come back.  They did sloppy work and billed me for services they never provided.  Four weeks later Cathy called me and said I was past due on the first two cuts.  Apparently she had no recollection of telling me that she would handle the situation.  Very frustrating. 
If they try to collect from me again I will change their grade from a D to an F.

Mike is a pleasure to work with. The pricing is easy payments. Pick what you want from a list, and make payments all summer long. Mike communicates well and is very personable.

Cut down and removed two trees. Extra care with clean up---would never know they were there. Would recommend them to family, neighbors and friends. Michael Slaughter runs a well organized and efficient company.

They brought it when I was at work.  They did a nice job, covered with grass seed and straw.  Other than that they left no trail of dirt behind them.

I called Mike and All Terrain to get my grass cut. They cut the yard twice and did a good job at a reasonable price. They were responsive and were there within a couple of days of my call.

They provided an estimate for the cost for an annual contract to cut the grass. I've decided to save some money and do it myself, but it was beneficial that they had a monthly billing plan so you could spread payments out over a 12 month period, rather than just grass cutting season.

They were prompt.  They did the job without any hassle.  Their pricing is reasonable as well.

Cost $185 a month per year (payment system) for their services - which includes mowing, mulcing and irration. Michael Slaughter is the person we deal with.  He is knowledgeable and professional. The couple of times there has been an issue it has been addressed and corrected immediately.

Michael Slaughter was professional, courteous and also met our budget. Our lawn looks like a carpet---great curb appeal! No clumps of excess grass or divetts---wow! Will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
