My PC got virused during a family emergency....I called and spoke to Mark the technician. He explained their fee structure ... both fee structure in home and if I brought the box to them. I chose an in-home service call. Within 2 hours Mark had arrived, fixed the PC and was out the door.

WE TOOK IT TO ACTION COMPUTER, AND THEY TOOK IT IN RIGHT AWAY AND SAID IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO HAVE EVERTHING ON IT FIXED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WE GOT OUR COMPUTER BACK THE NEXT DAY.
