+ -1 moreHAVE USED THEM PREVIOUSLY. THE OWNER CAME OUT WITH THE CREW THIS TIME, AND MADE SOME VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS THAT MAY SAVE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. THE CARPETS ARE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE NOW, PERHAPS THE CLEANEST I'VE EVER SEEN THEM. $200 OF THE COST WAS FOR A SPECIAL MICROBIAL CLEANING AGENT THAT MAY KEEP ME FROM HAVING THEM RETURN AS OFTEN.
