Same as above.  The roof looks great, but we still have the issue with the leak.

I was not happy with the work.

They submitted a bid for putting up a scaffold and doing the repair. They were on site for about 1-2 hrs. There was no scaffold. I could see no problem from the ground. About 1 year later (out of warranty) the chimney began to leak into the house and large pieces of the sealant (6-12") began to fall off into my yard. I put up a scaffold myself and inspected. The sealant on top of the chimney had peeled off. The mortar cracks on the roof side of the chimney had been sealed but the sealant covered only about 1/2 of the cracks, possibly due to shrinkage. The real problem was the side of the chimney that was not accessible from the roof, the side that could only be reached by a scaffold. It showed no evidence of having repaired. There were holes that you could slide a pencil through. I called A-tech and asked for my money back. They offered to come out and re-do the work even though the 1 year warranty had expired. I told them that I didn't want them on my roof again. They said they would refund the money but later said they would not refund anything.

I was impressed with how quickly they worked. The whole job was completed (start to finish in 2.5 days). I've heard horror stories about roofing companies, but these guys were great. All the workers were courteous and nice. They put big boards over/around our shrubs to prevent damage while removing the old shingles. I would highly recommend them.
