Their service visit went well.  They responded quickly.  The service tech was very friendly & thorough. He checked my cars electrical system & my car battery first.  In fact he performed several tests on my battery (including a test for dead battery cells).  He also checked for electrical drainage in the cars electrical systems due to on-board chip usuage by the car when the car was not being used. 
 
The tech was very knowledgible about car electrical systems & had just completed a certified course in the newest types of car electrical systems the month before his service visit.  Their service uses the latest portable equipment vs jump-starting a car using  cables. 
 
Even after starting my car, the service tech waited until the car ran for 10 minutes.  Then we shut the car off & restarted it.  He wanted to make sure it would restart. 
 
Their towing vehicle (if needed) was the latest flat-bed type for loading the car on the flat-bed (vs towing a car by just raising one end of the car off the ground).  

I have used them for many years. There is nothing out of the ordinary.

A wheel on our boat trailer siezed while we were towing it home from being winterized. It was Saturday evening, and nothing was open. We were broken down in the parking lot of a Tire Discounters, who apparently didn't work on trailer wheels. Our insurance company sent Smith's Towing to help us, and they were wonderful. The driver was kind, honest, and not in a rush. He carefully loaded our boat on its trailer onto his flatbed truck, and even let me ride with him to the house so that I could keep an eye on the boat from the tow truck while my huband followed us in his pickup. It took some serious maneuvering skills to unload the boat into our driveway, but he did it without damaging the boat, or any other vehicles, or even our neighbor's lawn. We were extremely impressed. I have no idea what a tow like that costs because the insurance company covered it. Whatever it was, though, it was worth it.

We just recently found them and have been using them for the past couple of months. It has been a good experience. We would recommend them. They are great.

They replaced a spark pug and coil pack for me that had blown out of the engine. However, when they got done, they could not get the car running again. They informed me that I needed a new engine and presented me with an estimate of $3800.00. I had the car towed to another shop that fixed it for $90.00. The shop was very nice, but it was clear that they had not done appropriate trouble shooting and they were not very technically sophisticated. I would not let them do complex work. In my case, it turned out that the computer needed resetting, a 10 minute operation.

We found them on Angie's List with high marks. The experience went fine and very quickly. We had to negotiate on the price because it was a little high, but we got that down.

I have been using him for 20+ years. He always makes the repair, and if it's not right, he makes it right! He keeps his customers satisfied because he always delivers!

I've used them for several years. If prices were a little lower I would use them more.

I consider them a reliable auto service.

The service advisors were knowledgeable and helpful. My car required a master cylinder replacement, and because of the holiday schedules or parts suppliers, they had a tough time getting the part in due to a back order. However they advised me several times and got it taken care of as soon as the part arrived.
